New You Counselling

Hello and welcome to the New You Counselling website.

I established New You Counselling in 2010 after qualifying as a FDSC Person Centred Counsellor.

When several years earlier I found my life going out of control and try as I might I couldn't get it back on track.

After a number of sessions not only did I feel I had my life back but counselling opened several new doors and the passion to find and new vocation.

Now I am in the privileged position of helping others do the same. 

Life as we know isn't easy. We encounter many obstacles and traumas along the way; addiction , low self esteem , stress & anxiety to name but a few and as I have experienced we cannot always fix ourselves.

Person Centred Counselling works with you , being both supporting and encouraging but giving YOU the ultimate decision , as I like to say "I am your co-pilot".
